1. Service overview

ComplianceRevolution provides AI-powered compliance readiness assessments, professional compliance reports, strategy review sessions, and advisory services for organisations operating in or exposed to regulated financial services and crypto-asset markets.

2. Account registration

You must create an account to use our assessment services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information.

3. Free assessment

The free compliance readiness assessment provides an automated score, domain-level analysis, and an AI-generated executive summary. This is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.

4. Paid services

Paid services include the 30-Minute Strategy Review (£99), the Professional Compliance Report (£499), and the Advisory Session (£5,000). All payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable VAT.

5. Strategy review and advisory services

Strategy reviews and advisory sessions are delivered by qualified compliance professionals. Scheduling is subject to availability. Sessions are conducted via video conference unless otherwise arranged. Advice provided is based on the information you supply and should not be treated as a substitute for formal legal or regulatory counsel.

6. Disclaimer

ComplianceRevolution does not provide legal advice. Our assessments, reports, and advisory services are designed to help you understand your compliance posture and identify areas for improvement. They do not guarantee regulatory approval, licensing, or compliance with any specific regulatory framework. You remain solely responsible for your organisation's compliance obligations.

7. Intellectual property

All content, methodologies, and software on compliancerevolution.co.uk are owned by ComplianceRevolution Ltd. Reports generated for your organisation are licensed for your internal use only and may not be redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComplianceRevolution Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
